Info

After the end of the Fahr collaboration, Güldner introduced the new G series and started expanding the range to larger size classes than before.

The first 4-cylinder model of the G series was the G 50 Gotland, introduced in 1962. The short-stroke 3.1-liter engine had a power output of 48 hp. The ZF transmissions had 8+4 gears with gear levers on the dashboard. There were speed options of 20 km/h and 30 km/h, the faster one known as the S model.

In 1965, the lineup was topped with the 6-cylinder 4.7-liter G 75. Initially, the rear-wheel-drive model had 65 hp, and the four-wheel drive 70 hp. The transmission was 8+4. It was the only Güldner equipped with hydrostatic steering. For the 1967 model, the power was increased to 70 and 75 hp. The transmission was changed to a synchronized 12+5 gear. In 1968, the 60-hp 6-cylinder G 60 was introduced, retaining the 8+4 transmission. It was Güldner's last new tractor model. The Linde Group decided to discontinue tractor manufacturing at the end of 1969.

The data has been collected primarily from brochures. In some cases, sources contain conflicting information. In such cases, we have attempted to select the most reliable information. There is particularly significant variation in speed data, which varies depending on factors such as tire size. For tires, only the size most commonly used in Finland is listed. Other changes during the model history have been addressed in the text section. For the front axle lock, the Finnish term "hammaslukko" (gear lock) is used for all 100% locks.
