Info

The John Deere chassis-controlled lineup moved to the 9R series in the fall of 2011. The smallest model in the lineup still had a 9.0-liter engine, while the others had a 13.5-liter engine. The smallest 9360R was still not introduced to Europe. There was no boost feature. Maximum power had increased by 30-40 hp compared to the corresponding models in the 9030 series. The basic transmission was a 24+6-speed PowrSync. The two largest models had an 18+6-speed PowerShift transmission, which, for example, was standard in smaller models in Germany. In the working range, gears shifted in 0.8 km/h increments, and the road speed was 40 km/h. There were three track versions: 9460RT, 9510RT, and 9560RT. The undercarriage had air suspension.

All models now optionally offered a power take-off (PTO) at 1000 rpm. With the help of an additional pump, the hydraulics could deliver 295 l/min. The cab was redesigned to the Command View II, where almost all controls were now centralized on the armrest. The noise level was reported to be 72 dB. There were at least 18 work lights and 27 in the Premium package, including 5 xenon lights. A new standard feature was an immobilizer.

The data has been collected primarily from brochures. In some cases, sources contain conflicting information. In such cases, we have attempted to select the most reliable information. There is particularly significant variation in speed data, which varies depending on factors such as tire size. For tires, only the size most commonly used in Finland is listed. Other changes during the model history have been addressed in the text section. For the front axle lock, the Finnish term "hammaslukko" (gear lock) is used for all 100% locks.
