Info

In 2005, the Landini Powermaster was introduced as a close relative of the McCormick XTX. Its engines were 6.7-liter, 24-valve Iveco NEF units. The drivetrain was developed from McCormick’s, with the original 4-speed powershift replaced by an 8-speed unit. Autopowershift came standard on the Landini—meaning there was an automated shuttle for road work—while the range shift was electronic and the transmission automatically selected the most suitable powershift gear when the range was changed. Top speed was 50 km/h, and a 40 km/h version was achieved by limiting engine RPM.

It offered 11 tonnes of lift capacity and a hydraulic flow of 130 l/min. A new four-pillar cab design was dubbed the Master Class. Cab suspension was an option, and front-axle suspension was standard. A control-arm armrest was a new feature for Landini. Air conditioning was fully automatic.

In the 2008 model lineup, power ratings were harmonized with the equivalent McCormick models, and model numbers were rounded up to the next highest horsepower figure, as was customary with other Landini tractors.

The data has been collected primarily from brochures. In some cases, sources contain conflicting information. In such cases, we have attempted to select the most reliable information. There is particularly significant variation in speed data, which varies depending on factors such as tire size. For tires, only the size most commonly used in Finland is listed. Other changes during the model history have been addressed in the text section. For the front axle lock, the Finnish term "hammaslukko" (gear lock) is used for all 100% locks.
