Hürlimann D 65 – D 120
In 1958 the Hürlimann D 65, D 70 and D 90 models were introduced. Buyers could choose the color—either the new red or the earlier green. All three models were equipped with a 2.6-liter engine developing about 45 hp. The D 70 and D 90 featured a dual clutch, a weight-transfer system and larger wheels. The D 65 and D 70 had a 7 + 1 gearbox with more low-speed gears than before, plus two additional creep gears. The D 90 came with a 10 + 2 gearbox. The electrical system was upgraded to 12 volts. The D 70 and D 90 are the most-produced tractors in Hürlimann’s history, with 2 000 and 2 800 units built, respectively.
In 1960 the D 120 joined the lineup, replacing the earlier D 100. Its 4.4-liter engine delivered 65 hp (SAE).
In its later production years the D 90 was also offered with four-wheel drive. The 4WD version came standard with a 1 000 rpm power take-off.
