The pride of Bavaria, the Schlüter tractor factory introduced the new S 350 – S 900 series for farms between 1962-64, replacing the S 20 – S 60 series. The innovation in the construction was a semi-frame, meaning the engine was no longer part of the load-bearing structure. The engines, representing the factory’s own production, were from the entirely new SDW series. Even the smallest model now had a 3-cylinder engine.
