Info

The Hanomag lineup was completely renewed in 1962-63. The two-stroke small tractors were replaced in the market by new Bautze models from a new partner, as well as the new Perfekt 300 model. It was mostly an entirely new tractor. The basic engine design was the same as in the R 217 S, but the pre-chamber design had been replaced by swirl chambers. It had 25 hp. The gearbox was a new 6+2-speed transmission.

In 1963, the 32-horsepower Perfekt 400 was introduced alongside it. It had a 1.8-liter diesel engine sourced from the Hansa van, which Hanomag acquired when it purchased the Borgward group. However, this engine was not optimal for tractor use.

The data has been collected primarily from brochures. In some cases, sources contain conflicting information. In such cases, we have attempted to select the most reliable information. There is particularly significant variation in speed data, which varies depending on factors such as tire size. For tires, only the size most commonly used in Finland is listed. Other changes during the model history have been addressed in the text section. For the front axle lock, the Finnish term "hammaslukko" (gear lock) is used for all 100% locks.
